that your package arrives on time. For shipments to APO/FPO, Hawaii, US Territories and PO BOX, you must select USPS at checkout. Otherwise, please choose FedEx for faster delivery.

| This map is for FedEx Ground only. If you are placing an order on Wednesday before 4pm and are in the "2 business day" group, your order will be delivered on Friday. In the 4 business day group, it will be delivered on the following Tuesday. Fed Ex delivers on Saturdays. If your delivery falls on a Monday, it will be delivered on Tuesday. |

The Hammock Company uses FedEx Ground for its shipments. We are pleased to offer you faster delivery through FedEx. Call us for quotes (800-398-6004).
Outisde the Contiguous U.S. and International Orders
Call us at 800-398-6004 for a shipping price quote for Alaska, Hawaii and international orders. You can also email us your zip code and the items you would like to order. Most of the time, it will be cheaper to ship items via USPS. The products are under the manufacturer's guarantee for a full year and will be replaced for free, but the customer will have to pay for the shipping of the items to be replaced. If an item is defective or damaged, we cannot replace at no charge until we receive the defective item. Customs, brokerages, taxes, or any other fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. United State Postal Service orders will ship in 1-3 days and delivery is not guaranteed and at the risk of the recipient.
Delayed or Refused Delivery
FedEx will always make 3 attempts to deliver your packages to your house. They will leave a note so that you can reach them or sign for your package to be left outside your home. If after 3 attempts, FedEx was not successful in delivering the packages and that the packages are sent back to us for this reason, the customer will have to pay the full shipping costs (as estimated on the FedEx web site) for reshipment. For refused delivery, actual shipping charges will be deducted from credit made on returned merchandise.
Damages
Although rare, shipping damage does occur. In the event that your product is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to identify and replace the damaged item/items and will submit a claim directly to the shipping company. There is no need for you to contact the shipping company, as you would have been inconvenienced enough already. We will reship the damaged items/parts at no cost to you using the same shipping method used in the first place. We will process reshipment of items immediately but we will not expedite the shipping on reshipment.
Gift Items
Pricing and payment information are not included on any material shipped with items. If you are sending a gift to someone, it is well advised to notify the recipient of this delivery.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with an item you simply pay for the shipping to get it back to us and we will credit you the amount of the product. Simply click here to find a FedEx service location near you. You can send back anything you are not happy with ... no matter what the reason. It does not matter if you changed your mind, or if the color you selected clashes with the tulips in your yard, or even if your dog doesn't like what you bought. We will take it back ... smile ... and make you happy.
