Triple Guarantee - DOUBLED!
That's right ... triple and then doubled. Most retailers provide a 60 day guarantee on their products. We found the best manufacturers in the world and we are giving you a total of 180 days... and then we're doubling that.
If you are not satisfied with an item - If an item is in perfect condition and you are still not satisfied with it for any reason other than a defect, you simply pay for the shipping to get it back to us and we will credit you the amount of the product. You can send back anything you are not happy with ... no matter what the reason. It does not matter if you changed your mind, or if the color you selected clashes with the tulips in your yard, or even if your dog doesn't like what you bought. We will take it back ... smile ... and make you happy. Simply call us, and we will send you a pre-addressed tag with our address! For items that are sold with a special "free shipping" offer, items that are returned by UPS for refused delivery, or when three delivery attempts were made, we will simply deduct the standard shipping cost from the total credit.
On manufacturing defects - You have a full year guarantee
and we pay for the shipping. If anything we sell you has a defect
or flaw... call us and we will contact the manufacturer for you.
They will send you a label to put on your package, which you can
simply bring to one of many
UPS/Mail
Boxes Etc. stores and ship for free. Upon examination of the
defect you will receive a replacement free of charges. I only ask
that you take care of your purchase and use it like it was intended.
